Gina is a licensed psychotherapist, supervisor, and Graduate School Professor. Her expertise is a depth approach including psychodynamic, attachment and emotionally focused therapy. Gina's Practice emphasizes her clients processing their feelings and life experiences so they may integrate their past into current relationship dynamics and feel empowered. Anxiety and depression are often symptoms of unprocessed emotional pain. Gina helps clients recover from addictive behaviors, rewire patterns within their relationships (including relationship with self,) grieve losses and transitions, and acquire coping skills while moving forward. She treated diverse individuals, couples and families while working in treatment at Cottage Residential Center, the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission, and the Community Counseling and Education Center.

Ruby specializes in working with individuals of all ages who may be grappling with various challenges such as unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. Ruby firmly believes in the importance of empathy, compassion, and adaptability within the therapeutic relationship. Recognizing the distinctiveness of each client, Ruby creates a unique and individualized treatment plan for whatever the client may be working through. Using her experience in trauma-informed care, her goal is to assist clients in cultivating resilience, elevating coping mechanisms, and fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-compassion.

Katherine embraces an integrated approach, drawing upon techniques from Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Narrative therapies. Recognizing that each client's needs are unique, her goal is to provide adaptable and individualized therapy. She approaches each client's journey from a holistic perspective because one size does not fit all!  Central to Katherine's practice is establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship. With this foundation, she works with adults, couples, young children, and teens to explore emotions, navigate relationships, and address unique needs.

Heather has assisted clients of all ages in taming the out-of-control feelings often associated with panic, anxiety, depression addiction, pressure to succeed, identity, and career path uncertainty. She works with adults, couples, and children to identify new and effective ways of coping with their struggles. You may find a good match in working with Heather if you are looking to increase self-awareness, process trauma, or clarify your core values. Much of the work she does draws from the strong connections she forms with clients, and often incorporates mindfulness, breathwork, humor and art.
